How we process, ship, and deliver your Staht order, in the UK and internationally.

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly once payment has been confirmed. Some products are made to order or supplied with calibration, which can affect dispatch times. If your order is likely to take longer to prepare, we will let you know.
Shipping costs depend on the products ordered, their weight and dimensions, and the delivery destination. Where available, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. For larger orders, bespoke configurations, or destinations not covered by our standard checkout options, a member of the Staht team will provide a shipping quotation. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners. Delivery timescales are provided at checkout or on request and are estimates only; they are not guaranteed.
We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are either calculated at checkout or quoted by our team. Where a destination is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will arrange a quotation.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and are typically collected by the carrier or customs authority on or before delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, the relevant details will be included so you can follow your delivery.
Given the value of our equipment, deliveries may require a signature on receipt. If no one is available, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
For business customers, we can deliver to your business address during normal working hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
If you experience any problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with our courier partners to resolve it quickly. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
