Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned

• Calibration services are non-refundable once performed

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us — Email sales@staht.com or call +44 (0) 121 817 0620 with your order number.

2. Receive return authorisation — We will provide a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.

4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.

Product Warranty

All Staht pull testers are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Accessories carry a 1-year warranty.

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty components or materials

• Electronic or mechanical failure under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, negligence, or accidents

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorised modifications or repairs

• Damage from failure to follow operating instructions
