Staht LT (Swage Tester) Kits

The Staht LT is used for testing 8mm (7×7 or 1×19) cable terminations (swage) typically found on safety line systems to a maximum load of 25kN (5,620 lbf).

The manufacturer of the safety line systems will provide test guidance on the force that needs to be applied to the cable termination (swage). 

Kit Contents:
300-001: Kit 1 – Line tester frame, M16 Sealed Thrust Nut, Anti-Rotation Spanner, 17mm Socket & Ratchet 3/8 Drive, Wrist Lanyard, Net bag, Heavy Duty Case.

300-006: Kit 2 – Line tester frame, M16 Sealed Thrust Nut, Anti-Rotation Spanner, 17mm Socket & Ratchet 3/8 Drive, Net Bag, Heavy Duty Case, t25 Load Cell ( See TDS 134) , USB-C Charge Cable, 24mm Reversible Ratchet Spanner, Wrist Lanyard, Tool Lanyard.

300-007: Kit 3 – Staht LT Kit 1 (300-001) & 25kN Digital Tensile Tester Kit (600-044), c/w Accessories & Heavy-Duty Case (see TDS 133).

¬† Optional LT extension adaptor (p/no 301-001) is available to purchase separately, which may be required for some safety line systems. For details refer to Technical Datasheet No. 144.
